Shipping policy

We strive to have your order shipped within 5 business days.


Orders are not processed on weekends. 


Currently, we are shipping within Canada only.


All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.


Orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified via the email you provided within 2 business days if the item you ordered is no longer available.


Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


Local orders may be picked up in-store. Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout. Your order will be held for 7 days in store while awaiting pickup. If you have not contacted us for an extension before the 7 days are up, the item will be restocked and a credit will be applied to your account minus a 20% restocking fee.

1) What are my shipping options?
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. 
Applicable shipping options including Standard, Priority, Expedite & XpressPost will be shown at checkout.



2) How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order & chosen delivery method.
You will be advised of final shipping charges on the checkout page.
 Applicable sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

3) Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces.
 For shipping to all other countries, please contact us prior to placing your order & we will provide applicable shipping options for you.


4) How long will it take for my order to ship?

In-stock products will ship within 1-5 business days from the time your order is placed.



5) What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
 Additionally, you can finalize your order with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.



6) Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information.
 We use Shopify to process all online payments. Shopify is PCI 1 compliant for all credit card processing meaning that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.



7) What currency will my order be charged in?

Your order will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).



8) Can i modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
We do our best to pack & ship orders the same day we receive them. As such, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us right away at hello@lewellynshoppe.com



9) Do I need to create an account to order?
No it's not necessary but it is highly recommended. Creating an account will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special offers.



10) What if my item arrives damaged?

Your order has been closely inspected & carefully wrapped prior to shipping.
 If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, or if your order has arrived damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please send us a message at hello@lewellynshoppe.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging and we’ll handle the rest!



11) Incorrect Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
